Sheila has spent 7 years in the permanent recruitment market place. As an integral part of a small business Sheila was responsible for resourcing day-to-day requirements as well as specifically head hunting key individuals. Sheila took a career break before returning to work as office manager for Blue Cannon. Sheila is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the business and ongoing support to all the key staff in the office.

Tanya graduated from the university of Leeds in 1995, with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Information Systems.

Since leaving university, Tanya has worked in a variety of I.T. related roles, including Help Desk Support, System Design and Programming. Tanya joined Blue Cannon in April 2002 to oversee the installation of Blue Cannon's IT Infrastructure, and Web Development.

Aaron Martin studied a BSc (Hons) Computing at Manchester Metropolitan University, with a placement at Blue Cannon. On completion of his degree he joined Blue Cannon as a full time member of the IT department. His role at Blue Cannon is to take care of the IT support issues within the company.

Aaron is working with internal staff and external companies alike to develop database systems, web site updates and upgrades, and electronic brochureware.
