party approach to gather information.
Advantages:

A report will be produced for our clients
outlining all the above points as well as any other
relevant information. Our client is then in a favourable
position and will know what steps need to be taken to
secure the services of their chosen candidate
This service is where Blue Cannon take
a full job specification and a full person specification,
as well as a list of our clients main competitors. Blue
Cannon would then research the market and provide a
shortlist of candidates. Our client would receive an
overview of each candidate to include:
- Full CV / Resumé
- Remuneration package sought by the candidate
- The Candidates future career aspirations
After our client has selected specific
candidates, full candidate briefings and interview arrangements
will be controlled by Blue Cannon.
